What is your return policy?

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases. See our full returns policy here.

How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?

We offer a flat rate of standard shipping for $12.95 or express shipping for $19.95. For more information or details on timings please see our shipping and handling page here.

Can I change my delivery address once I order?

Once your order is placed and the payment is processed then the order is sent to us for fulfillment. We normally operate on 1-3 business days for dispatch so if you have noticed an error on the information you have submitted, you must contact us immediately to advise. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible if any information you provided was incorrect. For more information please read our full shipping policy here.

Payments & Pricing

We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, & PayTo. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon order of your Saltwater Summer Collective product/s.

All our pricing is subject to change without notice. This is based on a variety of factors including (but not limited to) overhead costs, freight costs and exchange rates. Please note that all prices and payments made on this site are processed in $AUD.

How do the discount codes work?

All you’ve got to do is simply enter the code at check out, and it will be applied. All orders have a maximum of one discount code or promotion per order. Neither can be used in conjunction with any other offers.

I just missed out on your sale - Is there anything you can do?

If you have just missed out on scoring yourself some of our amazing products on sale, then please contact us within 48 hours of the sale finishing and we will be happy to honour the sale prices.

Can I send an item to someone else as a gift?

Of course you can, who doesn’t love gifts!

Simply make sure that you enter the gift recipients’ details in the shipping address fields when placing your order. We do not send invoices or any record of payment with our orders, so there will be no indication of prices sent with the delivery. If you are sending multiple gifts to multiple addresses, then each delivery address will need to be a separate order as the shipping cost needs to be applied to each delivery.

What if something sells out after I order it?

Our items are very popular and sometimes we might overlook that an item has just sold out but it is still showing as available to order online. Please note that all orders are subject to availability. If an order is received that cannot be filled, we will contact you ASAP to offer a substitute item or we can issue a refund for that item. Also note that items in your cart or wish list are not reserved.

When I register with you, what happens to my information?

When you register with us, we will be able to keep you in the loop regarding new arrivals, news, promotions and more about our brand.
