how much is shipping?

We offer two types of shipping;

$12.95 Standard Shipping

$19.95 Express Shipping

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched & how long does shipping take?

Once we have received your order and payment has been made, the order will be sent using the following guides. During normal non-peak sales times orders will take 1 to 3 business days to dispatch from our Central Coast based warehouse. During peak sales times (i.e. Christmas/ Boxing Day/ Black Friday), orders may take up to 5 business days to dispatch due to the popularity of our items and the increase of orders for our small but amazing team to process. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If your order is delayed but still within this time frame, please note we may still be processing your order. But we promise it will be on its way to you ASAP. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping notification and tracking. We aim to process your order within the timeframes given, but if for any reason we are experiencing any delays with shipping your items, we will contact you to let you know.

If you need to make any changes to your shipping information, please contact us at sales@saltwatersummercollective.com.au as soon as possible and we will do our best to update your details. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible if any information you provided was incorrect. Saltwater Summer Collective cannot be held responsible for theft or damage of a parcel once it has been sent.

If you live in a rural area, your order may take slightly longer. Please note, you may experience shipping delays in peak holiday periods, or if postal services are impacted by extreme weather or other major events.

do you deliver to po boxes?

Yes, we sure do! We ship using Australia Post so we're able to ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers and parcel collect.

what should i do if my order is delayed?

If your package is experiencing delays or seems to be lost, there are a few steps you can take.

If you know your order has been dispatched and have received tracking information, please check your tracking information regularly for updates. You can check your tracking number by visiting the Australia Post website here. In cases where the package has not moved for an extended period or if it is indicated as lost via the tracking system, please reach out directly to Australia Post to lodge an inquiry.

If a parcel is completely lost, we will make efforts from our side to resolve the issue, including potentially resending the order.

REMINDER: Orders placed during normal non-peak sales times will be on their way within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed during peak sales times please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch.
